What is practice into epigenetic?


or art to reactivate its innate resources by cerebral plasticity and neurogenesis

An expert into epigenetic is a kind of accelerator of adaptation.

There exists today a method, which is a learning technique known as Noguès method, which was developed during these 20 last years and whose principles are the following:

- the epigenetic is the expression of the genes of an individual (approximately 25,000) and this expression enables him to read the situations of its life. It is known today that the configuration of this kind of motherboard varies throughout the existence, and depends on what was transmitted, of the environment, of the trainings. Each configuration is single for each individual.

- the emotional brain called “limbic” will process the data obtained, like an operating system of a computer, and through perceptions,  will manage behaviors, with adapted stresses or not.

- over the generations, the innate “resources” could “fall asleep”, involving combinations, which will have consequences for all the dysfunctions, the unsuited stresses, pathologies, in bond with what needs to be corrected.

The expert into epigenetic “will profile” the motherboard of the individual. He uses the family history,  the past, not like alibi of repetition, but as former behaviors which are not adapted any more to the reality of the environment. Once that made, it will give to its customer the possibility of learning another thing, adapted. He makes use reference marks of the life of the person, situations which he meets, of blockings, of the stresses that he faces etc…

To manage to learn another thing, two possibilities of the brain are requested: cerebral plasticity, i.e. the creation of new neuronal ways on what exists, and the neurogenèse, i.e. the creation of new neural networks, thanks to the neurons stocks.

In short, when there is a blocking on a combination which remains fixed, the therapeutist-expert into epigenetic will help his customer more quickly to adapt and advance in its life, while remaining closest to the adaptations which are necessary for him for its environment.

This method is not a method of care, does not substitute itself to a medical care, or any other therapy. It can in many cases on the other hand be complementary.

It nevertheless is today established that in the evolution of the therapies suggested, it constitutes a major and radical innovation.

We are what we learned, which we learn, and what we will learn, throughout our existence. Our DNA, our genetic heritage, immutable, result of the transmissions of our parents, grandparents, of our line, is read through our genes.
 This ancestral and amazing book, which contains essential informations of our origins, also contains the bases of the formidable capacity of evolution of the Man. Our three brains, fruits of our history, from the origins to our days, initially reptilian, then limbic and finally neocortex, of which balance organizes our life 24 hours a day, our behaviors, our trainings, our reflexes, our combat, our moods, profited recently from discoveries which upset the therapeutic approaches, so much on the medical level than as regards cognitive and behavioral therapies.

It is essential in  fast and synthetic way to know these discoveries and what results from, in order to understand the approach which is developed : inscriptions in the limbic brain. The limbic language is that which gives us the reference marks of what we learned and what is not adapted more to the situations that we meet and we have needs to relearn.

It is this language that we propose to you to better apprehend. This one unlike that of the intelligent brain, neocortex, is not naturally accessible. And yet it is that which alerts you, and which it is necessary to know to listen in order not to lock up you in chronic unsuited stresses which use your metabolism and at the end your resources of survival. Of course, the dysfunctions are revealing complex constructions, which are not tight the ones with the others

The balance of the brains


It is the balance between the three brains, reptilian, limbic and neocortex, which makes possible to harmoniously manage the life, the survival, the good being in the environment. The environment changed and in these changes, the balance of the three brains is not respected any more.

In particular, in our modern societies, one moved away from our emotional brain, of our limbic brain. To understand all, all to rationalize, including the sufferings, and the emotions, cuts us from our limbic brain, a scout, which has ten blows in advance, which alerts us for our evolution, which protects us, according to what we learned.

And it is however the one managing our survival 24:00 /24:00 and which always win at the end.

Let us separate the three brains: the first of them, the reptilian brain, brain of the instincts, it is the one which manages the vital functions and the reflexes of survival. The second is the limbic system which is based on the emotions and the perceptions.

Acording to the emotions, my metabolism will adapt and I will react according to what I will obviously perceive through my five senses in relation with the reptilian brain. If I perceive a danger, immediately the limbic system will be put in connection with the reptilian one via the hypothalamus and the amygdala which will make release the hormones necessary in order to increase the cardiac activity, the muscular tone, to release glucose by the glycemia in the blood to give me energy and the good reflexes to react according to my perceptions. It is by the limbic system that I learn all the first lessons and that I will record the experiments. The neocortex never intervenes when facing the danger.

You walk in the forest, suddenly on the way you see what it seems to you to be a snake, normally you move away and you do not go ahead of the danger, but by bringing you closer your reason recognizes that it is about a piece of wood, your elaborate conscience will enable you to leave a perception of danger. But it is to have a reflex of survival better even if it is not adapted. It is worth that to be bitten by the snake. But if there are adaptations of survival which are not any more in bond with the environment, with the family and professional context, and if  things always are perceived with a connotation of danger, that ends up tiring the metabolism.

The neocortex is used to organize, to plan. One can use his reason only if one is in safety. If one is not in safety, the reason should not be used.  Normally, if there is a disorder, a disease, one must have the perception of danger, because if one does not have it, one does not protect oneself. One never tries to negotiate alarms of the emotional brain with his reason.

The brain survival is thus a scout. It has ten blows in advance. It always analyzes by anticipation according to our personal evolution and warns us what must be corrected in advance.

When I have a symptom, it is never connected to the present. When one is not well, one generally seeks in our past or our present what does not go. It is an error because my brain gives me the information of what I will miss in my future according to my personal evolution, in order to prepare me, so that I do not find myself in front of the accomplished fact.

Our evolution is implicit. Our experiments of life, our maturity make that one evolves without realizing it. There are not same perceptions at 20 years, 30 years or 40. And it is normal. According to the experiments, of what one learns, of the desires, the conscious or unconscious objectives, our brain survival prepares us with our evolution with a kind of memory of the future.

I can go to seek informations in the family history, my childhood, in my life, as locates of a logic of what could have been wrong and which lead me to be in adaptations of survival which are not coherent any more today,  it is normal and useful. Because I can do it in safety with my conscience. Except alarm and context of danger.

I make an analysis by studying an epigenetic bond of adaptation consolidated because my parents showed me through their example, and that I consolidated myself through my lived.

The human ones have this difficulty in releasing taken, and a need all to control. Too much control kills control, and the day I need really control, I do not have it.

There are things which are not necessary to know because it is not planned for my brain. Those which seek with all to know, all to control, can rock: madness, avc, etc…. Because there are things which one should not know because they are not planned for us as an individual.  And yet it is the need for safety which pushes the individual with this control. And it is precisely because one moved away from our instinct of survival which one has more confidence, and one protects oneself on what one knows today, control and safety.

The evolution brought us much, but it thus moved away us from our instinct of survival, and our perceptions, in the Western countries. For example the person will say “I know that I love my husband, but I do not feel it “. Whereas the important thing is feeling. She will not be able to correct herself because she knows that she loves her husband. As she knows that she loves her husband, she is not anxious…. Whereas she should be...

The action is only done under the emotion. Under the emotion one starts to react. Often people arrive in consultation with a point of no return, and it would be necessary that one finds the solution in one moment to them…. To know is a thing, and to feel is another. To know that she loves her husband is a safety whereas she does not feel it any more, and there is the problem. But as she knows that she loves her husband, she does not react and thus no correction could be done. If the couple has to evolve, it will not be able to do it, and they will wait to let rot the situation so that at a time given all will burst. When you know that you love your husband you can tell him “I love you” all the time, it is easy to say “I love you”, but that doesn't mean anything.Love can be different in the course of the day, one does not love with the same intensity constantly.  And thus once I have the answer, that solidifies the problem, I know why I am sick. There are people who jus want reasons why they are sick. Just know that.

The brain is not made to think, but to act, the thought is luxury. Too much neocortex kills the action. Too much limbic kills the thinking. The keyword is balance. If I cannot put reasons with my dysfunctions, my fears, I will seek a direction. Because the direction that gives an orientation, a signal, a significance. Perhaps what I am living has a sense for me, this direction I do not know it and I will seek it. But it is unknown, and therefore I will seek in my past, in my lived of the elements allowing me to rationalize my symptoms. Now if I admit that there is a direction in what I live, I put a possibility of opening myself towards the future. Because this direction has a value of evolution and not regression, even if that is unpleasant. Even very unpleasant. But one is not in danger.

To be immediatly aware about the alarm allows also that they are not transformed into more heavy signs which really will awake us. The past is only used to give a logic of what is not adapted any more for me in the interest for my evolution and my future.

I can know things but I can not have any know-how. More enriching in the life is know-how because if I know things but if I don't act, I live a true pain.

The expression of your genes


Imagine your assembled genes , motherboard of a DVD player, a decoder, a reader of code bar, any device allowing to read contained information in your book “DNA”.All the situations of your life, from your birth to your death thus go to be deciphered through this essential filter. It will depend at the same time on your genetic heritage, of course, but especially in the way with which your genes will be expressed. It is known today that a gene will be, either open, acetylated, or closed, methylated. We spend our entire life to open and close our genes, depending of what was transmitted to us, explicitly or implicitly, by our education, our parents, our meetings, our experiments, our trainings. Our reader in version known as “factory” will thus have an infinite possibility of configuration, since each human being has approximately 25,000 genes. The number of possible combinations, taking the possibility for each gene of being open or closed, is thus of 2 power 25,000, which will speak to the readers familiar of the mathematics, and which will be summarized for everyone to billion billion billion billion… etc… of combinations. And this combination will vary throughout our life. This “cartography” of the expression is single, like that of the DNA. Each human being will read in a single and personal way the events of its life. But this motherboard of the reader requires an interface able to communicate with it and to make alive the information we read, and this interface, it is the brain and  particulary the limbic brain.
