Consultations

Why and when to consult? : the unsuited situations of stress can be numerous and the individual strategy of the individual is single. Its construction is single. When the stress becomes repetitive, and chronic, when the sufferings multiply, when blockings are reinforced and when painful events reproduce, each one can decide to understand the direction of what he lives and thus to learn this very specific language, which is that of the emotional brain, which alerts us permanently what needs to be corrected in order to have tomorrow a better life.

The consultation lasts approximately an hour, sometimes an hour and half, seldom more. It is done preferentially at my office, but it is also possible to consult by skype.


The training which is proposed solicits, according to a very specific technique, cerebral plasticity and the neurogenesis, thus between each consultation, it is necessary to leave time to these physiological phenomena to start. This is why, in practice epigenetic, one consults only all the 4 to 6 weeks.

Adapted and unsuited stress


In the event of a perceived danger, they are our reptilian and our limbic which will give us the reflexes of survival: first of all the escape which is the first natural reflex.

If the escape is not possible, then the hypothalamus which is the orchestra conductor, will perceive the danger, will  organize a release of energy, adrenalin, of glucose etc… to function on a second reaction which is the fight.

But if I can neither flee, nor fight, because the adversary is judged too strong, then it will be the immobilization, i.e., to do it dead, as a last resort.

When I made it died for a situation, I should not judge myself, because my brain gave me a reflex of survival.

Thus, even when these three operations are not adapted, it is to have this kind of reflex of survival better that to be made puff out by the predator.

On the other hand it is necessary to be able to make an adjustment. One will see when I have reactions of escape of fight or to do it dead for situations which do not require it. Because the risk is to exhaust my reserves and my resources.

Still we should be aware of these unsuited reactions.

The depression is a reaction “to do it dead”, to slam the door while howling is a reaction “escape”, violence, the insult, the blows, are reactions “fights”.

The brain does not feel a little dangerous, or can be dangerous, no, the brain does not negotiate. The perception of stress is equal to a danger. The problem is that if there is a perception of stress, i.e. of danger, it is the limbic which will intervene. And in these moments, the limbic disconnects the neocortex.

You believe that you will manage with your conscience, but it is not possible, physiologically. As soon as it has stress there, adapted or not, it is the limbic brain which will manage.

Our elaborate conscience will then be able to recognize that they are unsuited stresses. But the stress is only managed by the limbic system and the reptilian one.

The problem is if I am always in the fight, the escape or to do it dead, at a time given that will not give me satisfaction.

- excessive tiredness

- complicated management of the day

- unsatisfactory repetitive events

- wounds of the past

- disease or symptoms which are reference marks of dysfunctions

- dependences

- losses of control

- phobias

- allergies and pains

… Or quite simply to consult with the desire to improve, evolve, for oneself, and its descent.
